Insurance claim inspections

RoofEval offers specialized insurance claim inspections to assist property owners and insurance companies in accurately assessing roof damage and determining coverage eligibility. These inspections are conducted by NRCIA Forensic Roof Inspectors who perform comprehensive evaluations to document damage, provide unbiased assessments, and support the insurance claims process.

For insurance claim evaluations that are specific or technical in nature,RoofEval provides NRCIA approved Forensic ROOF® inspections. These customized inspections focus on thoroughly evaluating particular aspects of the roofing system, such as damage assessment for insurance claims, compliance with building codes, or manufacturer installation specifications. Each Forensic ROOF® inspection is tailored to the services requested and includes detailed reports preferred in most insurance claims and legal cases.

To initiate an insurance claim inspection, property owners or insurance representatives can fill out our inspection request form. This form collects essential information about the insured property, claim details, and contact information to facilitate the scheduling of an inspection.
NRCIA’s standardized and regulated roof inspection reports are designed to meet the needs of both property owners and insurance companies. These reports provide a clearly defined scope of inspection, analyze findings with comprehensive photographs, state certification eligibility implications, and specify professional recommendations along with transparent proposals. This level of detail and professionalism makes NRCIA reports widely recognized and preferred by mortgage lenders, insurance adjusters, and legal professionals.

Mandated Roof Inspections to Determine Condition for an Insured
Insurance-mandated roof inspections are often required to verify the current condition of a roof for underwriting or renewal purposes. These inspections are designed to assess the roof’s structural integrity, identify signs of wear, damage, or defects, and determine the roof’s remaining useful life. The goal is to ensure the property is properly insured and that the roof does not present a high risk for future claims.
At RoofEval, we provide unbiased, certified roof inspections that meet the standards insurance companies require. Our reports include high-resolution photos, condition assessments, and documentation of any deficiencies or areas of concern. This proactive step helps protect both the insured and the insurer—ensuring appropriate coverage, reducing the risk of denied claims, and supporting a fair premium evaluation.Claim
